The cornerstone and guarantee of community governance is public participation, which is inseparable from the ways and methods of public participation, whether it is normal community operation or continuous spatial environment renewal. The development history of public participation in the West is long, with strong theoretical presupposition, which does not conform to the current situation of urban community environment in China. This paper proposes to establish a community public participation institution with multiple subjects that practices community space renewal planning together with government decision-making level and planning and design team, to mobilize the enthusiasm of participating in community space renewal from the platform mechanism operation, and strengthen the self-empowerment consciousness of public residents, gradually and continuously output power for creating a beautiful community environment.
Costume image design from ancient times to now, based on the natural environment and social and cultural basis, reflects the costume function and core cultural characteristics, and reflects the style and internal motivation of Chinese costume culture. From the perspective of meta universe, human beings try to build a virtual world with various media through rich imagination and reproduce the costume and wearing scenes of the ancients. This paper analyzes the character costume design and cross media evolution from the perspective of meta universe, and expresses the perceptual emotion and desire of the creative subject for costume materials, modeling design, technology, collocation and 3D fitting, so as to provide reference and reference for the practical research of costume design from the perspective of meta universe.
The construction of characteristic rural is an important strategic decision to accelerate the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and a positive measure to promote agricultural and rural modernization and urban-rural integration. Leisure agriculture is an important part of rural industry, and has become an effective way to promote the construction of characteristic rural areas and realize the construction of rural ecological civilization. In this study, the construction of characteristic rural and the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province were systematically analyzed with consulting literature, data statistics and field investigation. A coupling model of leisure agriculture and characteristic rural areas was established, 32 evaluation indicators were screened by SPSS software as the principal component, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the integrated development of characteristic rural and leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province. The research on the coordinated development of leisure agriculture and characteristic rural in Jiangsu Province was aimed at providing theoretical reference and practical suggestions for the high-quality development of leisure agriculture and the construction of characteristic rural in Jiangsu Province.

Taking Leisure Valley Art and Culture Institution as the research object, this paper summarizes its exploration in the process of cultural creation. With the help of cultural creation, rural industry can be revitalized, regional culture can be activated, and professionals can be introduced. In the process of development, the relationship between the government, universities, villagers and social organizations can be built, and a win-win platform can be built. Through analysis and research, this paper explores the experience and enlightenment of this institution's development, finds out the problems that this institution is facing at present, such as insufficient talents, insufficient publicity, scarce platform, etc., and puts forward some solutions, so as to provide suggestions and measures for the revitalization and recovery of other rural areas.
The article intervenes in rural design with collaborative innovative design thinking, and proposes a multi core and multi field design method to help revitalize rural culture under the framework of collaborative innovative design. Taking Xinying Village, Huairou District, Beijing as a case, this paper proposes a practical design method to lead the revitalization of rural culture. The article combines the methods of field investigation and practical research to explore rural issues. To promote rural planning and industrial development by collaborative innovative design, reshape the connotation of rural culture, and provide reference for rural design.
In order to discuss how to insert the Chinese culture gene into the urban and rural planning and study the relationship between regional revitalization and oriental design’sinheritance and innovation, the 4th Oriental Design Forum & 2018 International Symposium on Regional Revitalization and Holistic Design, which is held by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the International Society for Design Science, took place in Shanghai successfully on 22-24 December, 2018. The symposium invited renowned scholars at home and abroad to deliver keynote speeches around the theme and held four parallel forums after the main conference. This paper intends to conclude and summarize the symposium’s contents and progress from three perspectives, which include: Bauhaus and oriental design theory, regional revitalization & environmental design, and user experience & service design.
Since the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward, the rural ecological landscape has been widely paid attention to by rural builders and research scholars. Ecological landscape is an important basis for the promotion of cultural forms, the determination of industrial ceiling and the guarantee of common prosperity. Facing the development opportunities and construction needs of the new socialist countryside in the new era, there are problems such as the lack of ecological consciousness and aesthetic appreciation, the "support" of rural tourism development, the inversion of "tourism" and the "vicious circle" of ecological renovation. From the perspective of promoting rural revitalization by ecological landscape, this paper summarizes Japan's "town building movement", France's "flower planting before tourism" model and Germany's "countryside is the future of the country" concept, and puts forward design paths such as "idea" before "shape" for rural ecological environment, "real flower" instead of "fake flower" for tourism, short-term "good" ecology and "lasting" ecology. We will create rural ecological landscapes with Chinese characteristics to help build a beautiful countryside.
In the industrial era, China's rural areas have encountered many difficulties in the development process. The three rural issues have become a problem that the country urgently needs to solve, and a rural revitalization strategy is proposed. Farmers are the main body of the countryside, and agriculture is the basic industry of the countryside. In the era of ecological civilization, under the development pattern of high-tech development and the revival of traditional handicrafts, rural areas can integrate and develop innovatively through farming culture, local culture and fashion culture, so that farmers can realize identity transformation and agriculture can achieve structural diversification reform on the supply side. In order to achieve the goal of rural revitalization, rural areas will create new Chinese-style rural lifestyles.
The collocation of flowers and plants is an extension of culture and art. In the collocation efforts should be made to dig deep into the local cultural connotation and highlight the cultural and artistic characteristics, so that each scenic spot can exude cultural fragrance. Taking Nanshan Zhaoyin Scenic Area as an example, this paper makes a detailed explanation from the overall design of flowers and plants in the scenic spot to the clear theme artistic conception. By correctly handling the relationship between cultural commonness and individuality, the characteristics of "secrete" and "serene" in the scenic spots are highlighted, and according to the topography the landscape with far-reaching artistic conception is created.
