This paper takes Yunnan Agricultural University hospital green space as the research object, combining the ornamental characteristics of medicinal plants and the growing environment for landscape design. During the process of landscape design, in order to create a multi-functional campus green landscape integrating viewing, science and technology culture and healing, we not only pay attention to the ornamental effect of the plants themselves, but also integrate the Chinese medicine theory and the medicinal efficacy of plants into the landscape.

It offers insights into the worldview, values, culture and linguistic characteristics of the people of Chinese origin, as well as their increasingly wider exchanges with, and better understanding of, nature.
A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the sales quantity and prices of Yunnan roses, carnations, and chrysanthemums at different festivals. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the impact of flower culture on the sales and prices of holiday flowers, as well as the promotion of flower industry and other industries under the influence of festival culture. Taking chrysanthemums as an example, this article analyzes the conflict between traditional chrysanthemum culture in China and foreign "mourning flower" culture. This paper summarizes the eternal flower industry, and expounds its definition, general situation of domestic and foreign industries and various market applications. This paper analyzes the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the eternal flower industry, and emphasizes the contrarian surge of the demand for eternal flowers under the epidemic background. Then, the advantages of Yunnan's eternal flower industry are discussed, and the problems existing in the development process are revealed. Therefore, some countermeasures and suggestions such as policy, technology and publicity are put forward. Finally, the paper focuses on the boosting effect of Yunnan eternal flower industry on agricultural industry, and analyzes the promoting effects of policy support, technical service and publicity. It is found that the eternal flower industry has shown strong resilience under the test of epidemic situation, and Yunnan, as an important base, has unique natural conditions. However, there are still problems of ecological environment pressure and market competition in the process of industrial development. The experimental materials were green octagonal gold plate and yellow Acer sycamore leaves. The color preserving effect of green octagonal gold plate and yellow Acer Sycamore leaves was studied by using two factor design method.The treatment of green octagon gold plate leaf concentration of 5%, 10%, 15% copper sulfate time of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes; The leaves of Acer yellow were treated with sucrose (4%, 7%, 10%, 13% concentration), citric acid (7.5%, 10%, 12.5%, 15% concentration), tartaric acid (7.5%, 10%, 12.5%, 15% concentration) for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes, respectively. The color and shape of the treated leaves were evaluated comprehensively after being pressed to dry completely, and the conclusions were drawn after observation. The two kinds of leaves were treated with different agents and different time combinations, but the color preserving effect of green anise golden plate leaves treated with 15% copper sulfate concentration for 10 minutes and yellow Acer australis leaves treated with 15% citric acid concentration for 60 minutes was the best in this experimental combination. Treatment with 15% copper sulfate for 10 minutes had the best effect on chlorophyll color preservation and treatment with 15% citric acid for 60 minutes had the best effect on Acer australis flavonoid color preservation.

By adopting inter-group and intra-group experiments, this study aims to explore the influence of different media represenations’ on flower-themed tourist desitnations, with the help of eye-tracking equipments andn TLK picture sort method gathering data. The research shows that the perceptive image influenced by media exists in pseudo-environment, and it can be divided into manifest image and latent image, experiment study methods testified media’s positive influence on perceptive image and the significant differences in perceptive image’s formation after different media stimuli.
